Out There: How could we stop an asteroid coming toward Earth?



If an asteroid were shooting toward Earth “Armageddon” or “Deep Impact”-style, how would we stop it? Awesome science guy Bill Nye has some answers, both about asteroids and how we’re going to save ourselves with big rockets, even bigger rockets or lasers. Hopefully.


It’s not enough for Brazilian artist Fabio Valle to post his photos. He likes showing the process, as well. His Instagram account is a collection of his artwork (lots of superheroes and a few celebrities) as well as videos on his process (quick snippets of coloring and drawing). We especially love @fabvalle’s ability to draw in different styles and his occasional fun with drawing his own Instagram followers.
