What to watch: HBO airs 'Magic Mike'

“Magic Mike,” 7 p.m., HBO (2012)

Looking for fluffy fare on TV? How about this movie inspired by Channing Tatum's life before he hit it big as an actor? Tatum is a stripper who takes Alex Pettyfer under his wing at a club owned by Matthew McConaughey.

“Remember the Titans,” 7:30 p.m., Spike (2000)

Denzel Washington is a football coach who brings black and white players together at a recently integrated Virginia high school in the 1970s.

“Randy to the Rescue,” 8 p.m., TLC (new)

In Denver, Randy helps a woman honor her Native American heritage, another who wants a wedding dress that covers a scar, and a woman who wants to bare almost all.

“How We Invented the World,” 8 p.m., Discovery (new)

This series takes a look at the evolution of guns.

“Blood Diamond,” 8 p.m., AMC (2006)

Leonardo DiCaprio and Djimon Hounsou try to recover a priceless diamond in the midst of civil war in Sierra Leone. Also starring Jennifer Connelly.

“Fashion Police,” 9 p.m., E! (new)

It's all about reality stars: DJ Pauly D, Duff Goldman and Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
